Here at Team di Casa Ortiz we only have puppies and adult German Shepherds available a few times a year; we want to make sure that our puppies/ dogs are going to the right home. Therefore, we require you to fill out our simple and easy questionnaire form-listed bellow so we can get a better understanding of what you are looking for so we can better match the right puppy/dog for you. Once you have submitted the form and we have read over your submited questionair, we will conduct a telephone conference, or an in person interview with you our prospective buyer, before a Deposit is submitted.
